I knew someone would pick on that lol, but actually if you read their interviews they emphasize that a lot, you might even go so far as to say they're self conscious about being seen as repeating themselves...the way they would say for example that they deliberately left voice samples off TCH because it had become their trademark...I always found those interviews depressing as they seemed to care too much what people think, who gives a fuck as long as you still like the music you're making...whatev
