I plan on living into the era of Blade Runner Pyramid Cities, continents inside giant metal space donuts, & jungle moons where you can hunt genetically modified bio-mechanical monsters using laser weapons.

Artist Rick Guidice did some nice conceptual artwork for NASA back in the '70s depicting space colonies of the future. These are some of my favorites. I downloaded them a while back because I'm going to try to print out the hi-res versions for display in my home. :)

i reckon it would freak me out quite a lot if i was living in one of those things!! i wouldn't like it i don't think.

unless 'they' pumped something into the air to keep people relaxed and calm about living in a gigantic man-made hamster wheel spinning through space!

Where you can watch C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate?

Oh wow. Throw in a picture of Aphex Twin giving you the keys to his private Synthmarine & this thread is like the visual guide to WATMM's childhood dreams.

Can anyone merge my thread in with this one? because osci's title makes a lot more sense than just saying "Peter Elson" and expecting anyone to search that thing out.

John Berkey up in this piece.

There was a 80s era National Geographic Book on The Solar System that had this image on the cover. It had some badass artwork featuring hypothetical extraterrestrials on various planets, someone took some pics of it here: http://www.gamingsteve.com/blab/index.php?topic=13687.0

Hey watmm, let's make a space ship, fly into space, build a space station and live like they do in those pictures.

And when we grow bored of that we can travel time and go see dinosaurs!

www.petergaber.com is where I keep my paintings. I used to have a kinky tumblr, but it exploded.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.
