Is this another sample? I hope she doesn't sample food the same way, but I do like it better than the first one.

 

I don't think she could do what she's been doing with anything pre-TCH. TCH has lengthy, more pop-influenced progressions than it's predecessors, allowing more space for lyrics. I'll give Solange credit for her melodic modal choices, which aren't always what I'm expecting, and keeps it interesting, but still poorly mixed.
