grew up in mass. this guy was in the paper and shit, one of those local names. kind of amusing to hear this shit, really..... about all i've heard about teh mafia(s) in mass: we got some fucking concrete roads, which do not last in teh mass winter. you need that coal-ish hot press mess, which expands and contracts with the winter temps. the concrete just develops huge potholes. i've heard a longstanding rumor that the concrete roads were put in on sweetheart deals, and have been gradually been paved over with the modern coal-ism tarmac shit.

that, and one year's run of MASS license plates had defective paint that gradually washed off in the rain. never heard any rumors, but i always figured SOMEONE got a kickback on that.

deval patrick is far less dramatic.
