last.fm 3x3

i reset it a few months ago. i probably shouldn't have but i hadn't scrobbled anything for a year or two

i reset mine once because my housemate frequently played the darkness and placebo on repeat using my pc, and they quickly became my top artists, ugh.

Seriously think I've only listened to KOL a couple times. Is no so good but I like Bloom a fucking lot.

It's not very hardcore, which is what I always liked. It's more electro-y and bland. I listened through the album once and haven't had any urge to listen to it again.

I'm not the hugest ATR fan on the planet though (Always preferred Alec Empire's Futurist and vs. Merzbow album), but I've heard similar complaints from dedicated listeners.

According to my iTunes playcount, I only listened to about half of Turn on the Bright Lights a few days ago. So I guess I'm not listening to much music these days for that to make my last 7.

I for one wasn't implying that any of my overall top played albums were sub-par, just surprised by some of them since 8 of the 9 artists don't even appear in my top 25 overall played list. Prefuse 73 is the only one, and he's in the top 10.

I do like Alec's solo stuff more. The Destroyer was way more hardcore sonically than anything ATR ever put together.

a string of randomized, good musics (the radio feature (similar to pandora), the comment-community (commenting on specific songs and albums), and avatars i guess. i youtube more, personally.

holy shit i mean this in the nicest way possibly but no-one cares. no one at watmm is looking at your charts and making a list of who doesn't listen to the cool stuff or anything like that. chances are they didn't even read your post. i'm not singling you out but i just find it funny that people are getting so self conscious over this.

If you don't give a shit about any of this stuff then get the fuck out of the thread, quit acting like you're too cool.. I'm not getting self-conscious about it, just making a damn observation for my own benefit if nothing else. It's a discussion board so we can discuss shit we're interested in - like music.

Sorry that came off harsh (it was) it just upset me and I'm having to work all weekend. I just didn't see a need to make people feel bad for talking about their listening habits. I apologize for the harshness of my post.
