I didn't read the article, but from your post I'm not entirely sure that the author of the article quite understands the fundamentals of procrastination. All sums lead to zero. There is no way out.

I honestly think my internet usage has caused me to develop ADD. There is always bookmarked site to double check, or a new link to follow. It's a nightmare for procrastinators.

I kind of fantasize about drastically reducing my time on the internet, but it's pretty hard to find the will power. It doesn't help that I can do all of this on my phone, anywhere.

I'd like to move somewhere nice, in nature, restrict my internet to only a landline, and have that be in only one room, which isn't my studio, and have a phone that only does texting and calls.

But I really doubt I'll ever do that...
