rewatched the films today, never noticed but when knoxville nearly breaks his neck and loses consciousness in the golf carts skit, dunn was driving and you can hear someone, i think it's bam, saying "man, dunn can't drive for shit!"

coming from a family of sport car enthusiasts i grew up around all kinds of cars that go fast-including porshes

the one thing no one has pointed out is that rear engine vehicles are a cunt to drive,and once you make a mistake its very hard to correct oversteer/understeer unless you are an experienced driver who knows how to handle a spinout

porshes are notoriously infamous for this and they are the wrong car for folks that are not pro drivers to be fucking around in

if he was a bad driver that would explain a lot [as well as being wasted]
