My Audiotool album

I released an album earlier this summer that I made using Audiotool (audiotool.com) and field sound recordings. It took me about 2 years to compose and finally release it. It has an interesting blend of ambient, glitch, and drone.

yea, all the bass came from audiotool live recordings. i used ableton and audacity for some editing, tempo glitches, some filters, etc.

As soon as that muffled 808 beat began in the first track, you had my full attention. Really lovely sound editing, I'm digging the deranged industrial atmospheres and soundscapes. At first I felt like I there was too little melodic content for my taste, but as I listened on, I realized your music speaks a language of its own - full of effects that sent my imagination on a rollercoaster ride... A remarkable, strange journey.

I recommend you others out there listen to this album LOUD. Lots of neat little details you shouldn't miss.

Can't believe it's been over a year since I released this! I've gotten 246 downloads, a few critiques, and lots of love :)

A lot has changed since last summer, and my life has been heading in a positive direction since I made this album all the way back in 2009.
