i reinstall windows and all this stuff, go to the website to get the tracks i ordered a while ago. oh wait, forgot about the time limit, can't do that have to buy them again.. idk what the status quo on downloading audio is but that is lame.

That blows then. Did you ever try to d/l from the links they sent you? I mean you still paid money and didn't use unique product code.
