Ive heard of the woman holding a mobile phone in charlie chapplin movie but this other story is more believable since theres two angles to the same guy

Hes holding a type of camera that no one is really sure what type of camera it is from that era

Printed t-shirts were not in 1940 maybe 1945 or later

his face does not look shaved, it was more common to have a shave at a barbbers shop than to shave at home

the dark sun glasses just look out of place somehow (they look like welding glasses)

theres a strange horizontal mark on his neck (some sort of white area)

what do you guys think about him ?
