there was some study done years back of non-english speakers who were given 100's of english words and asked to chose from those which would be the most beautiful name for a boy and a girl.

the winner for most beautiful girls name? "diarrhea".

don't remember. it was obviously not as good as "diarrhea".

...which, when you think about it, is actually a beautiful word. if you don't know the meaning behind it, that is. it just sort of... flows.

on a somewhat related note, i've always thought that "chihuahua" was a very sexy word.

James Joyce said it was "cuspidor". I think other surveys have suggested "cellar door" as being the most euphonious pairing of words. Personally, I think the most beautiful word is "doritos" or perhaps "slimer".
