Fred McGriff
is pretty much the worst thing in the world. how the fuck are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet? I usually give it a few seconds and then end up wadding it up and stuffing it in a drawer. and then of course it takes up the whole drawer. fuck a fitted sheet man. i'm going bareback tonight. Braintree
I try my best to fold it, but it just ends up being a limp dick of a fold anyway. sup
i dunno what a "fitted" sheet is but maybe your trying to fold it to many times. your only suppose to fold a sheet 7 times MAX Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/69987-folding-a-fitted-sheet/#findComment-1694227 Share on other sites
Fred McGriff
The fitted sheet is the piece of shit impossible to deal with one with the elastic that hugs your mattress. Also Chuck Norris can fold a sheet 8 times. Guest A/D
my technique is, lay it flat, get the "fitted" part as flat as possible on top of the rest of the sheet, and fold from the new corners. still a little lumpy but not bad. kakapo
Make a 12" diagonal cut in each corner, and you'll be able to lie it flat. Then just restitch the corners before use. Guest Coalbucket PI
I was actually wondering how I've avoided having to do this but I realised I have one fitted sheet which is my main sheet, and the flat sheet for when that one is in the wash. I fucking hate putting the flat sheet on my bed worse than folding the fitted one though. My bed is in a corner and that last corner is so mean to me. perunamuusi
My bed is about 7'6" up from the floor so I have to climb up and sit on the mattress in order to put the folded sheet on the bed - which is actually more annoying than trying to fold it (which I never do (due to the "having only 1 fitted sheet" rule - see above)). Putting on a sheet that involves lifting the corners of the mattress and stretching the sheet while sitting on it and having to do little bounces and stretch the sheet under you while in mid bounce which in turn makes the bed support struts creak causing you to think the frame is going to collapse is quite a chore. Also why would anybody iron a sheet?
