I'm not as effete as you might expect to be honest. These days I'm fairly conservative with what I wear (cf. the black wool chesterfield.) Although I say that as a man who's wearing tight purple cords.

Incidentally, I'm completely opposed to hats in general, especially on men. 95% of the time it looks ridiculous. The only time I'll ever wear a hat is if it's cold:
