I find the Arovane radio station to be pretty cool. Not because of Arovane particularly (he's ok) but because a lot of the stuff thats supposedly 'similar' to him has been awesome. I discovered a load of new stuff through this: Kettel, Ochre, Gimmik, etc.

I used to play the station via my iPod (but now they charge for that). Playing the station via the browser is OK, except that the Last.fm player likes to display montages of photos of each artist as they play. That may work for some genres, but isn't too good for IDM as you just see loads of photos of stubbly pasty faced white dudes standing awkwardly behind laptops at gigs.

haven't scrobbled anything in over a year though, and the plays are somewhat biased cause of the ambient mix i fall asleep to regularly
