Another good episode of "the night of" - except for one major quibble - the end of the last episode (Episode 5) seemed like a cliffhanger, and they just open with Turturro cleaning the cat shit from the litter? And no follow up at all?

Anyways they have a lot left to wrap up in 3 episodes - hope it doesn't get too sloppy.

afaik i usually place all my cum drops on scientifically sterilized glass slides which are carefully frozen and placed in trash cans throughout the city labelled "for women ❤️ alco" with my social security and phone numbers.

The eczema had its day in Episode 1. They really didn't need to dedicated 5 minutes of screen time to it in every episode.

Really? It shows his flaws as a character, and I don't mean physical ones.

cars you'd never buy with jobs you'd leave to serious professionals, hosted by 1 bloke who's a short arsed mockney bobby dazzler & the other a lanky more foppy-haired English middle-class type who at some point seems to have converted his interests from model railways to cars. Neither have beards btw, this aint no Richard Rawlins muscle car bollix (cant believe i know that cunt's name)

dont mean to watch, but, just occasionally, if its summat like a Scimitar or an olde Maxi......the TV equivalent of Burger King

i don't even know what's happening in this show anymore and frankly don't really care that much, those "OMG WTF!!! twists are becoming tiring, law of diminishing returns and such...

Are they even twists though? For the most part they're so telegraphed that Elliot's the only one who could be surprised by them.

lol. this.

Watched the four last episodes of preacher after giving up on it and taking a break. It ended up being ok I guess, I don't really like any of the people in it other than vampire guy and asshole face. Not sure if I'll return for next season. Such wasted potential. It's fun when it goes nuts, but that happens way too rarely.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.

The Night Of is pretty good. John Turturro in this totally reminds me of this guy I work with that was a private detective in the 80's, so the whole time I watch it I pretend it's him. Lols abound.

As much as the show outright steals every creative and technical idea that Stanley Kubrick came up with, the show rewards people who look for details and observations on how things are communicated  Not just what the characters say or do but a lot of the camera work, the chess game moves, music, scenery and computer code are also telling different stories at the same time.  There was a lot of foreshadowing with Elliot's twists so they were not unexpected (except the part with finding out who Darlene was in Season 1) Also the show covering the aftermath of what a large, economy destroying hack would do to the world (everyone continuing to live their lives as normal due to habit, the rich being fine off and the working class being even more fucked) is refreshing.

The bigger problem with the show is that it blatantly steals its main American Psycho, Fight Club, and all of Kubricks Films. From the role of Elliot's delusions of living in television shows though it might be related.

someone give me an idea of where to find season 2. i thought i could stream it from the usa site but now it's asking me for fuckin' cable credentials x_x
