What TV series are you watching at moment?

Survivor is starting up tonight after being cancelled last year with the pandemic... Everyone laughs at me for liking it but whatever.

Yeah it departs greatly from the books, cloning the Emperor repeatedly is a way to keep one character throughout the seasons , but Lee Pace is a terrible actor, he always speaks like he’s on stage and the cheap seats can’t hear him. The clothes are pretty hilarious as well.

This. I'm really looking forward to it, having been a Gaiman/Sandman fan about as long as I can remember. Good Omens was as good as it gets, and the Sandman series is already looking better. Giddy middle-aged fanboys FTW.

Zipped through 9/11 Turning Point. Excellent. If you are interested in the stories and experiences of New York Times war journalist Dexter Filkins who appears in this documentary then, as I mentioned before, I’d highly recommend Once Upon A Time In Iraq. Its a strange experience watching this documentary while also simultaneously in real life Afghanistan returning to Taliban control.

This looks like a well executed fan film, and my gut is telling me this show is going to be the worst of all time.

Yeah, I'm worried. Been trying to figure out why and "well executed fan film" is spot on. It's weird, b/c the Sandman clip looks so well polished whereas this looks like... I don't know, something obviously filmed on a sound stage. Hard to tell until actual footage gets release though, Cho sounds fully committed which makes me hopeful....

Six Feet Under s01 (8.5/10) - good.

Finished Money Heist last night, awaiting the next (final?) chapter in December. I've really loved this show. Obviously it's not all realistic but you really get invested in the characters. Great job all around on the crew that put this together.

Yeah - I liked the first episode. Had to do a lot of rewinding to understand what was going on, I have not read the books. Looks really nice.

watched the first episode and didn't like it at all. i might try and watch the 2nd in the hopes that it gets better but i have almost no faith. 

while the set design and art direction look good, the script, casting and direction seem to be a meandering mess

Mind numbingly boring. Couldn't do it.

Half way thru Sopranos season 1, before the movie comes out. By far the best season, with an almost perfect story arc.
