nobody respects mdg anymore.

edit: not my opinion... but obviously that of the forum.

So, it is not your opinion that the entire forum doesn't respect mdg anymore? Is that a fact?

*confusion-bomb activating in 3...2... *

Over here in the UK we have aunties and uncles that aren't necsasary family. For example I have an auntie Christine who is just a life-long friend of my mums and who fussed over me when I was a child (and still does, but I don't get big kisses or a bag of sweets anymore  ) I also have a few uncles too, there's uncle Nelson and uncle John who are my dads mates, though I have dropped the 'uncle' bit I still keep auntie Christine.

I think mdg is similar to the Sandisons, he's like a drunken, happy-go-lucky uncle to the lads. Drinks a few drams, likes a few beers and creeps up on them down at Hexagon Sun when he gets drunkenly lost in the woods when he takes the shortcut home from the pub. As uncle mdg is a good bloke he thinks the fans deserves a bit of information now and again but he has trouble with computers and logging on, so it's a bit hit or miss. Seeing as the boys make such complicated stuff and they try to explain things to him but it goes a bit over old uncle mdg's head. Never the less he tries to keep us all happy, because he's a good sort.

Cheers Uncle mdg! We love you.

BoC is not an active band. They don't tour or play gigs or festivals.

I saw them play.

Well no, I didn't really. Not in this version of reality. I thought about going to ATP 2001 in Camber Sands, but decided against it. I had too much Uni stuff to do, it was too expensive, too much time and expense involved in travelling down from Durham. I would be able to see them some other time, I thought.

I've still got the flyer.

thanks!

Jesus, if mdg isn't a good old uncle, he's the most skillful and cunning trout ever not to be caught. No rise, no emotion. Steely minded killer on natural hatches.

My whole life on the BoC forum has concerned me getting a bite from mdg.

You win.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.

Guys

If you save their youtube channel as an html file then compress it into a rar archive, then import it into audacity using the RAW audio import function

Then put it in reverse and lower it 2 octaves, adding a gverb with minimum settings

most of us are already aware that a black box appeared before the release of Trans Canada Highway.

there wasn't a year long gap though.
