Kobayashi sets grilled cheese record

i love kobayashi. his latest feat is crushing the grilled cheese record in eating 13 grilled cheese sandwiches in 60 seconds.

i dont want to love it but i do....do you by chance have a link regarding the training regimen needed to do soomething like this? because it must be immense, either that or hes just genetically gifted.

It's a bit of both. He has some kind of genetic thing where his stomach is enormous, but he also trains constantly. I gotta say, he looks thinner than when I saw him a few years back.

he keeps his training methods completely under wraps. i know for the wing bowl which was in philly this year (he ate 337 wings), he had thousands of wings delivered to him but that is all anyone knows. he stays pretty well hidden while training.

the sickest thing about him is that after it is over, he is cool as a cucumber and can mingle and chat like nothing ever happened.

yea, he was huge (muscle-wise) a few years back, but it affected his eating i think so he went back to a normal body type.

There was a whole episode of MTV's True Life about Kobayashi training for a contest but that was years ago. Couldn't find anything but this short clip.

That was the most memorable part of that True Life, I just remember him working out and going to the hot dog eating comp. I think they split it so they were showing the white dude that was trying to beat him in the comp half the episode.
