best moment of xltronic is when the guy who runs it announced to the board he had just booked Brian Tregaskin to do a live stream on the site, then Joyrex had to come into the thread to shoot some truth bullets

Yeah, I think that was what drove Phobiazero off the ledge. One of my finest moments, to be sure.

It's creepy, but it doesn't even seem like he's around anymore - who manages the site? Do people donate and have the PayPal auto-pay the hosting?

I don't know, but one things for sure, that place is one big creepy vat of creepy sad teenage hormones.

Although I'd argue xltronic in current form is more a collection of old farts with dreams about the music scene of the 90's. Kinda like watmm, but slightly different.

It's ironic how these discussions come and go. The slashing between xltronic and watmm is more a useless discussion about different shades of the same color, imo. It's whatever floats your ego, i guess.

I've been wondering the same. Phobia always was a bit of an oddball.
