Yeah also had loads of problems with the streams, seems strange that VLC seems to be the only thing that works without any problems. Anyways really enjoying the show oscillik, it's a hell of a lot better than mine!

Don't apologise for not researching or preparing osc, John Peel never apologised for his shows being less than polished! Just play a record at the wrong speed and you'll be fine.

Quite a sensible opening show, I'd say. And I don't mean 'sensible' in a perjorative way. First show, so you don't to be all controversial and play the whole of Perlence subrange 6-36 and come across as some pretentious twat just to try (probably vainly) to be noticed. Good work osc, will tune in again no problems.
