Autechre Qebrus - Exophobia

"In 1977, Humans decided to send "the sounds of earth" golden plated vinyls into space, via Voyager1 & 2 shuttles, with the hope of reaching alien intelligences...and... they just aswered!

Qebrus drops a totaly out of this earth, epic and lobotomising LP that sounds like if your were typing encrypted morse code in a shuttle enterring an asteroid field while listening to Autechre on a destroyed holographic device.

The sound design is absolutely brilliant and the degree of abstraction is consistantly threatenning the data absorbtion capacity of human's brain (ie: YUM!)....If you were curious about hearing what's hip in Alpha Centauri...You've been delivered!

That track is probably his most "reserved" and kinda brosteppy. The rest though......mind shattering!

If all Brostep sounded like that, I'm sure it would be both less popular and we'd make fun of it less often.

Got this on the strength of Bedroom releasing that awesome Himuro album. Pretty pleased with this as well. Would you recommend any of their other releases.

Just finished listening to this freebie and.....Holy hell, this one doesn't let up from start to finish. Kinda sounds like Phoenecia meets what you thought the new Richard Devine would sound like.
