Yeah, I was wondering about that. Too gory for a first aid/medical thread? I was looking for an explanation of your head injury, I couldn't recall why it happened.

theres a thread io posted a few years ago with the whole story in it but basically i was walking home from the pub with my two housemates, chavs walk past us, slapping my female housemates ass, verbals were exchanged, we walked away, they followed and a fight ensued, we were outmatching them pretty hard so one of them ran off....but came back with a 4x4 fence post and hit me from behind whilst i was dealing with the other guy, i went to the ground with the gash in my head throwing out blood and he went to hit me again (which would of certainly killed me) so my housemate put his arm in the way to stop it, his arm snapped in half. realising what they had done they ran off like good little cowards and i staggered home whilst calling the cops on my mobile. they were arrested but never convicted, not enough evidence and we couldnt pick them out of a line up nearly 8 months later i add. meh
