CHATMM CHATMM Is Back!

I'd love the idea that normal users could see CHATMM, but not post on it (only EKT)

Yea, then they may have a huge urge to say something, realize they can't, and then rush over to the subscriptions page to remedy that.

I'm not sure if the settings would allow someone to see the chat content and not post, plus it's a bit mean - why show someone something they can't have?

I will add to the subscription packages mentioning it, though.
