Can't say I've had this before. I'll keep my eye out. Gotta hard love for hot saucings!

:doge: Jet fuel can't melt dank memes :doge:

I FUCKING LOVE SRIRACHA! I thought it was just a stupid fad but then I found out the arab store down on the street had it and I gave it a try. FUCKING LOVE IT! I swear it goes on everything.

Serious sauce man.

I swear there some secret Chinese additive that makes you chemically addicted. Wtf is up with that?

Seriously, I hear people are getting sir-ulcers from it.

tonight i fried up some sliced potatoes with basil, black pepper, and fresh thyme. at the last minute i added some finely chopped ham from a big joint of the stuff and a decent amount of sriracha stirred in - the fat from the ham and the sriracha formed a thin sauce. i served it with a decent squirt of sriracha on the side. i was sweating like i could see through time. it was incredible.

fucking sexual.

I own like 5 pairs of socks, so what, this a bragging match now? Looks like you already lost... Wait you mean you got one of those... I'm jelly. Seriously my next shirts purchases will probably be a Sriracha tee, Flying Lotus tee and... maybe a Clark tee I dunno.

flying goose > rooster?

i think flying goose is direct from thailand, the rooster brand is american.

I recommend to buy sriracha always from flying goose brand and not from Huey Fong. Flying goose is direct from thailand and tastes a little sweeter cause the chilis get more sun as the chilis from america.

Huey Fongs sriracha tastes good as well but theres no sweet flavour behind the hot taste of chili and garlic.

i am hot shit ... that smells like baking bread.

I think the Huy Fong style would probably work better with pho and other Vietnamese dishes than the sweeter "authentic" Thai local style. It was created by a Chinese-Vietnamese dude, so that makes sense.

I'll need to try this then, because I've never been crazy about that rooster sauce. The sriracha peas are very sweet, in addition to spicy and garlicy. And that's why they're good.

Aye, I've been using this stuff regularly for the past month and a half after picking up a couple gigantic bottles from a bulk food store. Just had some with my omelette as a ketchup substitute. Pow. Also, pesto.
