Charles Mingus teaches cats to poo nicely

Also, cats.

It's fucked, but my cat is apparently extremely worried about his poo touching a rug or a bed or anything not his litterbox, and I thank him for that.

He's been on antibiotics a lot recently, and it made his poo hard to pinch off properly. He acts really depressed when he's not self-sufficient with the poo business.

A couple nights ago he misfired before he could get to the litter box (he dropped some poo a few inches away, on the litter-collecting-mat-thing) and ran into our bedroom. He's discovered that if he pushes on our closet door (it's a sliding door on a track) it rattles loudly enough to wake us up. He pushed on the door and led my girlfriend (because, uh, he's really her cat) to the poo incident and presented his butt for poo inspection.

This happened a couple times over a span of 4 hours that night.

He refused to sleep anywhere near our bed whilst on antibiotics, thankfully.

All cats are like this, right?

You have an amazing cat. It has issues obviously, but they say more the intelligent of us are also more likely to suffer from mental conditions.

Cats are awful. They go everywhere and fur up everything and their piss stinks.
