I would like to know as well. Seriously one of the best electro tracks I've ever heard.

I truly consider Dopplereffekt as a genius of today's music but i dont think they get spotted by fans in groceries stores every day, so were they surprised you spotted them ?

Yes.....my friend Phil was fanboying out as well so they at least had two people that knew and loved their music. As I said in the title, was totally surreal, they were very cordial and the show was fucking great. Hardly anyone there compared to the Austin show I went to a few years back, which was packed. To Nhan said to me after the show that they enjoy playing smaller venues more than huge fests, which was crazy because their next gig was in Detroit at the demf, or some festival going on up there. She was not excited about it and I think Gerald is from another planet.

it's a bit of a Doppler take on 'it's more fun to compute', by Kraftwerk, innit..? a Doppelganger, if you will.

but there are definitely elements in that track that are ripped off from it's more fun to compute...

whether it was intentional or not, who knows. probably not, but...it's almost as if they've taken parts of that track and built on/around it to make a new track.

it could just be an unofficial Doppler remix they fancied playing live?

either that or it's (Kraftwerk) just seeped into their subconscious... and came out in that form unwittingly.

I meant a corky personality, because of how funny and friendly Sirch is, Definitely not a prejudiced cunt, he's the life of this board, always helping out and such a cool guy.

Also that track is nothing special, no innovation, repetitive, same old stuff he's been doing for 10 years. The drums are more pathetic and contrived than Ufabulum and that's something. The arpeggios and pads are the only things still interesting in his tracks but after hearing the same sounds and similar compositions so many times before I can't get excited for anything new by him, specially because of how dull they are, save for a few exceptions of course.
