That photo is the EMS 5000 Vocoder, not many were built. The US distributer of EMS only ever sold one, and it was to Stevie Wonder.

The EMS 2000 Vocoder pops up a lot more, that's the one DMX Krew borrowed off Aphex Twin for all his earlier vocoding. I've got one myself, they sound amazing.

Get a PS3300 and/or PS3200, Formant mss2000, Prophet 5, Elka Synthex, Doepfer A-100, Minimoog, and hey, why not get a 303, 101 and 202 while you're at it, after all, you're a millionare
