I'm trying to remember the times we've had to start 'from scratch'

Obviously there was the Joyrex -> WATMM transition, but am I right in thinking there was something around both 2003 & 2006 when we had to start again from a blank canvas.

I don't, I'm not overly attached to things like that, but sometimes I like to dig into old, funny posts, or show hilarious conversations to my friends. I can't be the only one !

We should hold a bidding war when everyone bids on each thread, each winner takes the thread and all ownership of it.

Edit. Maybe I didn't explain enough, auction the threads then delete them off the server. And possibly think about the new database layout that Oracle are talking about. I forget the name. A single high power server with a separate db for meta etc.
