Sweden does'nt have a lot but i like White Noise, and The Knife have some good tracks.

I'm a big fan of Monolog X who is from my town and a good friend.

Some of the Ovuca/Astrobotnia stuff was written not too far from my home apparently.

Too much good stuff from Finland to pick out any particulars (Mika Vainio, Vladislav Delay, Ovuca, yada yada) so I'll post something from my hometown (well, I think he still lives here), Artificial Latvamäki. Just bought his Ratts on vinyl. Here's some other track from him:

Haven't really listened to Huoratron at home but I've seen him a couple of times live and it works really well that way. Well, one time is pretty blurry because I was so wasted I don't know how I got back home, lol. Maybe I'll catch him again in Flow festival in a few weeks time.

but there's plenty of good electronic stuff by belgians dude! basically a lot of early R&S stuff (cj boland etc)..

then there's front 242. praga khan and his lords of acid are worth mentioning as well. telex (Marc Moulin).

more recent maybe that Lektroluv dude and Stijn.
