The submission time was over quite a long time ago - though if the 13 people don't get back to me, it will have to be delayed a bit.

Sorry about that, I've been swamped with work too, but I'll definitely send mine over to you before November - it's mostly done, I'm just tidying it up a bit.

I'm sending out one last message to the people who've not yet sent in anything, keep an eye out!
