it certainly appears that he is bleeding profusely from it at the end. looks like he smashes the fuck out of his face on a stair, too.

It's blown the jacket straight off his body, so I'd imagined it's blown some skin out too. The bit left on the floor might be skin. And then you can see a spurt of blood fly out right at the end. Grim.

good call. that's probably whatever he was using to slash the tires that hits the sign and falls on the ground.

looks like a switchblade; there seems to be flick and a blade extension (near his right shoulder) in one of the early frames as he's approaching the tire

Heavy headed, fell over while eating. I have a dog that would run on its front two legs down the stairs as a puppy because it was so front heavy. More recently we put a somewhat heavy collar on it and it did the exact same thing as that one in the gif; she just flipped while eating. It was quite entertaining.
