and yeah, Nazi tech is so fucking cool. they inveted some crazy shit. if i recall the paris gun was built in germany and like the name implies, was able to (and did) shoot a shell all the way to paris. they fired it twice but the cost for the shells was rediculus so they stopped using it.

it wasnt just the shells that were expensive, the whole operation was ludicrous and a logistic hellhole. The only super-artillery successful on that end were the ones shelling Leningrad, as they didn't move for 2-3 years straight. Plus they made great targets for Soviet partisans.
