"I'm a cyborg, but that's ok" is a great film, made me smile.

Also, "Save the green planet" is brilliantly funny.

don't watch a trailer or read a synopsis though. It's worth a watch without needed to be convinced.

The Yellow Sea is a masterpiece. Also check out Hong-Jin Na's other film, The Chaser

so far i've only seen like 2 listed but thats ok too

I've only seen 3-Iron and Madeo (Mother), but enjoyed both. No idea how popular they are though.

been a while since i watched anything korean, but have 'nameless gangster' on blu-ray, and am waiting to see these too -

i recently watched "doomsday book" which reminded me a bit of a korean version of charlie brooker's black mirror. the first story is fucking stupid but the last two are actually pretty interesting.
