Decided to hop on the early 2000s fashion revival trend that's alive in the UK right now and got myself some really baggy jeans and I genuinely look fresh as fuck right now.

they were a tad too long so i cut about 3 inches off of the bottom of both sides and now they actually look so good like the girl's jeans in the vid below (timestamped @ 9:58)

I miss my slightly eccentric English dandy days. Was fine in London or Bristol, but doesn't really translate to rural France. Mostly dress like a tramp these days. 

I live for shorts, t-shirt and flip-flop days.

I hope this makes it to America, as I have kept all my old raver clothes, in the hopes that someday my kids will find them and it will be like when I found my mom’s belly dancing outfits, and my dad’s jeans he wore to Woodstock. I would gladly start wearing them again, because I don’t like skinny jeans and have pretty much been wearing whatever workout pants I see that I like for the past decade or so!

if you're ever short for cash, come to the UK, sell your raver clothes for 10x the price you bought them for to some rich white girls on depop or ebay and you'll be rolling in the dough!!

for real though raver clothes are amazing and i'm so glad they're popular among UK youth culture right now

Reading this is making me kick myself for getting rid of my old rave gear. I had 3 or 4 pair of “phat pants” back in the day with legs so wide that they could completely swallow my shoes with plenty of extra room. The bottoms were a bit frayed from raving and marching around in the snow but I held onto them for years because of nostalgia and I think I finally put them in a donation bin at some point when I was clearing clutter. I got rid of all of my visor hats and my XXXXL hoodies and sweaters way before then.

They are mad underrated fr. Really like the baggyness of the pair I got as well. Pairing this with a wide t-shirt, high socks and yeezys/ dr martens looks amazing.
