If you regularly do drugs or are lazy and not successful at anything then you are a loser. Beyond that, it goes on a case-by-case basis. I think being a loser is partly attitude, partly successes/failures, partly genetics.

What if you don't do drugs, work hard and do lots of amazing stuff but in 300 years there is no evidence that there was ever life on Earth?
