Apparently, my cousin who lives in WV, lives across the road from one of the umm..."subjects" of this show. He is a respected physician within the community, but is regularly subjected to the intrusive nature of the cameras and crew that follow these idiots around. I my self have never watched the show, but was told by a family member that his house can regularly be seen on camera.
