A friend in Japan does a radio show in Tokyo - he's very interested in modular noodling over dubstep, has done free jazz and punk in prior incarnations of his musical persona. I'll put you in touch.

Korea has a decent underground scene, but I wouldn't know who to contact anymore. I'll have a dig around for you.
