There were pretty much two types of movies that Ebert would give a thumbs up to:

1. Good films

2. Mediocre films with boobs in them

Here's to consistency; he'll be missed.

He was great, even though he disliked some of my favorite movies, he usually was spot on in his criticism. I bit too fond of the early period of movies for my taste, even though I like many of them I also believe some have not stood the test if time as much as he did. He will be remembered as possibly the biggest filmlover the world has ever had. RIP.
