Hi, I'm quite new here.

I'm trying to find all the original sources of the artworks.

Here is what I got for now.

Do you know some other sources?

this is very cool! how have you gone about finding sources?

Most sources are license-free, cropped & mirrored images from the internet (talking about TH only).

1st method:

Reverse image search with google, yandex or tineye. Trying to enhance & un-mirror them with photoshop can help.

2nd method:

Search on public domain repositories, mostly wiki commons. On google, type like this "site:https://commons.wikimedia.org/  keyword", add filters, only check for images uploaded before the album release.

Also try online archives like Library of Congress or National archives.

3rd method:

Luck. Identify elements in the image, find similar looking pictures too. yandex is the best for this.

One source can hide another one, check all the pictures of the same photographer.

If you guys keep demystifying Boards of Canada, you might find out they're actually just two brothers making music... oh, wait

Haha that's actually the main reason I'm doing this.
