Have a frappuchinko - It's a little tricky to pull off but basically it involves frapping into a pachinko machine. Cures all ailments.

I can't seem to find a pachinko machine (in my flat) and I'm not going out.

I'd say a bad cold. Although I was pukey its mainly blocked sinuses etc. That's not flu is it?

well, you don't want a sinus infection. when in doubt get a z-pack or amoxocillin. Will knock that shit out proper.
