The Zimmerman case?

You follow someone with a gun, and claim self defense after you were instructed to leave that person (who happens to be a minor/minority) alone.

I care not about race, but it's piss poor this dude didn't even get a slap on the wrist in the way it should've mattered. It's not that he was black, it's that he was an unarmed kid in his home neighborhood... This man should be in jail. I could see a non guilty verdict if the altercation had happened on Zimmerman's property, but seeing as he followed someone through a neighborhood with a loaded gun is reason enough to me that if he REALLY wanted to defend himself in a way that didn't cause anyone harm, he could've gone the fuck home.

The beauty of our legal system is that if your daddy is a judge, you get a media storm, and you can stir up people calling other people racists and getting Jessie Jackson riled up: YOU CAN KILL PEOPLE AND GET AWAY WITH IT.

Joan Rivers posted this and got a lot of flack for it in her comments. But seriously, after hearing the juror's voice and tone, this picture has become less and less ridiculous and trollish.

It's really a shame the prosecution tried for murder - they should of focused on manslaughter and the fact that Zimmerman was out of line in his actions. And Florida needs to revoke that fucking law. Again, race aside, people keep saying "it's tragic" but that Zimmerman was defending himself. But was he in imminent danger of being killed? No fucking way. Endorsing this as self-defense is basically saying "better him than me" as a life mantra, and let's be honest, not one of those jurors is a fucking nihilist gun slinging Dirty Harry vigilante. They would want Zimmerman in jail if it was their own child. That's what still pisses me off about it.
