This is absurd news. I wonder if this will give the much needed boost to the city's cultural output. It will also be interesting to see how the city adapts. I've always had a warm hearth for the people in Detroit.

haha! it really was a good idea though. we have the same idiotic council stopping every new project in buffalo, but they keep building $250k shithome developments in the burbs. literally under 50 people who are yelling loud enough can completely derail city development.
