Step 2: once you get good at it, start really exploring your dreams. Find those dark recesses that you rarely have access to and locate someone or something that doesn't seem to belong.

Step 3: drag that person or thing forward into regular dream space and study it. Remember it well.

Step 4: make a portrait of him/her/it in MSPaint and post it in this thread.

I'll be jumping in with MadameChaos and drop some parts of a Zen verse that has helped me through tough times.

The Great Way is not difficult
