The reason I joke about cancer is because it runs in my family and I'm covered in hundreds of moles, many of which are large and different-colored and have irregular edges, and I used to spend all my time thinking about how I'm going to die of cancer and/or going to my doctor every couple of months and getting tested for cancer.

I also used to not be able to leave my apartment for months at a time because I was afraid of getting stabbed in the neck.

Because of the moles? People see hundreds of moles coming in their direction...they could start panicking, taking out their knives....yes, i understand.
