Xmas 2013 - what loot did you get

I had a pretty good haul, 2 different celebrations. Let's hear your acquisitions while I compile my list.

Parents gave me an early gift this month completely paying for new a new brake rotor and brake pads for my car

A Sega Genesis with 80 pre-built in games that can also take the old cartridges

A mini-theremin kit

A nice down winter jacket and some gloves to go with it

A Magic Bullet blender set

Some nice new slippers

A handmade christmas ornament that looks like an elephant my uncle got me on his trip to Africa

A giftcard to a fancy Italian restaurant around here

A JC Penny giftcard for $75

$150 (which became a few graphic novels, 3 albums from a record shop, an Obey t-shirt and two Long Island ice teas)

A bunch of little stocking stuffer things

Three used AA batteries.

I hope I can work up the courage to only celebrate festivus next year...

I got:

-a pricey VST i otherwise wouldnt be able to afford

-a gift card (which turned into Augustus Pablo and Terry Riley CD's)

$50 in gift certs to a decent local record shop that will be records by the end of the day

a weird art book about a monkey

a book about the plantagenets

a book about the study of mediaeval manuscripts

ca$h (30 from parents, 50 from gf's nana, 20 from gf's mom, and my gf is taking me out today)

5 records (three by talk talk, one by new order, one by kate bush)

2 movie tickets (guess i'll see the hobbit 2: electric boogaloo since inside llewyn davis isn't playing within 150 miles of where i live)

$10 itunes gift card

a cool looking bracelet

and prolly a video game but i have to decide which one first. might just get a few DLC packs for CK2/EUIV.

combined me/my girlfriend gifts:

a really fancy jewelry tree which is hilarious because neither of us really have a lot of jewelry

A Volca Keys, I've been sequestered away making acidy farters since Christmas morning

some PANTS. Can't have enough pants. They come in handy.

Movie tickets. SO i saw Wolf of Wall Street and i have very pronounced laugh muscles now.
