i practice ashtanga. i find the routine adds to the meditative aspects of yoga.

practiced some neopaganism with a not-coven. we disbanded but i will remember our full moon beach circle forever.

no, we got married on a foggy beach at deception pass during a new moon while i was wearing all black and a gold ankh. on the car ride there we listened to Geogaddi to channel the blessings of the Brothers. it was pretty great.
