The best parties I've been to have been ones where people actually opened up with each other --good conversations tend to emerge that way, new friendships, etc.

Fuck yeah! Watmm has slowly been opening up that way too, and becoming a better and better party. I admit I don't understand why someone would think openness is wrong or weird, unless they were too invested in a public mask to be comfortable with finding out who you are. I also enjoy about watmm-ish culture that most people who share are trying to be honest without looking for pity or accolades. It's a rare thing and I like it.
