No, but it's akin to a lot of pop culture in America where titillating scenes of young women making out in a beer commercial or something like that is often portrayed without much backlash, but the same sections of society are extremely homophobic when it's two men in a similar situation. I watched the opening ceremonies and didn't see them. Were they part of some pre-show or after-show gig? Maybe NBC didn't show it.

Anyway, actually liked the opening ceremony a lot.
