The one you made previously would look great with all gold embossing

wouldn't creating physical copies 1) be outside of this distribution 2) mean that a license could be bought and sold after this window?

It's not creating a physical copy of the music, merely creating packaging for it. The packaging would clearly state it is not for resale and would be a violation of the license agreement if they were to sell the packaging with the tracks, since the purchaser does not have the rights to resell the digital files.
