Wow it's completely different from his previous stuff... More experimental and open structures, less focus on 4/4 house patterns, cut-up footwork, short songs, abstract jungle, jazz, lounge, his typical sunny house vibes plus a couple of ambient tracks thrown in... He's gone a long way since his first album. Impressed with this one.

you're not kidding...this is totally different from his previous style.

disappointing, I couldn't get into this at all upon first listen. this sounds more like four tet's recent output which I've also found quite boring. will probably try again at some point but won't be rushing back soon.

I liked his first album on Mu, but most of his stuff after that doesn't do much for me. Will give it a try though.
